A bit about me.
Raised on film school dreams, I crash-landed into advertising. As a creative, I don’t care if the idea’s traditional, non-traditional, or duct-taped together in a fever dream, if it works, it works. I’ve sold confidence to kids, cranberries to the masses, and helped grow a protein yoghurt from a mere idea into Australia’s #1.
I cut my teeth at IPG (a towering advertising umbrella corporation), bouncing between agencies like Weber Shandwick, Jack Morton, McCann, Octagon, Golin, and FutureBrand. Where I threw myself into ideating for TV, PR, social, branded content and digital while also directing films and music videos on the side. Somewhere along the way, I picked up a knack for making campaigns that don’t bore people to death.
Then came Emotive, a fast-moving, beautifully chaotic beachside beast that I helped grow from a small start-up to over 50 people. In that 7-year whirlwind, I made the kind of work that ended up getting spinoffs and remixes by kids on YouTube.
My work has won awards and taken me to the UK and the US. I’ve worked with brands like Google, Optus, Amazon, Adidas, Unilever, Virign, Hello Fresh, Ocean Spray, Breville, Tourism NSW, Nespresso, and Danone.
I create ideas of all kinds: big brand platforms, TV, digital, branded content, social, PR, experiential/activation. What I don’t do is Art direction/design, but I have world-class contacts in that area.
I’m a dork that’s equal parts gut instinct, overthinking, and cinema, with a sprinkle of TikTok.
I just love to make stuff so give us a bell.
